Raymond James analyst Patrick O\'Shaunghessy raised the price target on MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI) to $710.00 (from $690.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We maintain our Outperform rating on MSCI and raise our target price to $710 following 4Q25 financial results. It was a strong quarter for MSCI’s net new recurring subscription sales, with particular momentum in Index and Private Assets. We think this foreshadows improved subscription revenue growth in the quarters ahead. While MSCI’s 2026 cash flow outlook was below expectations, this appears to be largely attributable to temporary factors rather than issues that would pose more serious concerns for investors. Overall, in our view, MSCI possesses traits such as strong pricing power, proprietary datasets, and a secular tailwind from passive investing that merit a premium valuation. As a result, we continue to view the risk/reward as attractive."
