Piper Sandler analyst Stephen Scouten raised the price target on Pinnacle Financial Partners (NASDAQ: PNFP) to $122.00 (from $120.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "Increasing Estimates and PT After Incorporating 4Q25 Results and 2026 Guidance - While PNFP shares have underperformed since the 4Q release, we saw the results and the call commentary as incremental positives to the fwd narrative. Our 2026/7E's moved slightly higher to $9.88/$11.70 (from $9.81/$11.40) - primarily on stronger loan growth trends and a larger overall balance sheet. The success of this PNFP/SNV MOE continues to hinge on successful hiring trends and resulting net loan growth - and what we saw from both legacy franchises in 4Q25 was encouraging, and the guidance expects no let-up in the progress. Our new $122 PT remains ~10.5x our 2027E."
