Raymond James analyst Daniel Cardenas raised the price target on Franklin Financial Network (NYSE: FSB) to $26.00 (from $25.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We reiterate our Outperform rating on FBP shares and raise our price target to $26, from $25, after strong 4Q25 results driven by continued NIM expansion. FBP should continue to benefit from securities repricing and lower funding costs, while C&I and residential real estate pipelines support loan growth outlook, and 100% capital return represents a material tailwind. Given these dynamics, an attractive macroeconomic backdrop given reshoring investments in Puerto Rico, and an 18% ROTCE, shares are attractive at just 10.2x our 2026E, versus midcaps at 11.4x."
