RBC Capital analyst Ken Herbert raised the price target on RTX Corp. (NYSE: RTX) to $230.00 (from $220.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "RTX reported a strong 4Q25 beat, with adj. EPS of $1.55 and total sales of $24.2B (up 14% organically). Commercial sales drove the 4Q25 strength (up ~17%), but we believe the strong outlook for defense sales will continue to be a focus for investors. The GTF fleet management plan remains in-line with company expectations, and we believe the initial 2026 guidance supports positive sentiment. We are slightly adjusting our 2026 and 2027 FCF estimates to now $8.5B and $10.2B, respectively, maintaining our OP rating and increasing our PT to $230 (up from $220)."
