Truist Securities analyst Youssef Squali lowered the price target on The Trade Desk (NASDAQ: TTD) to $60.00 (from $85.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "In an 8K filing this morning, TTD announced that revenue and AEBITDA for 4Q25 will be consistent with previously shared guidance of $840M+ in revenues (+13% y/y growth, consensus stands at $841M), and $375M for AEBITDA (45% margin, consensus stands at $377M). Importantly, TTD also announced a CFO transition- the departure of Alex Kayyal, who has been on the job since only August of 2025 and the appointment of CAO Tahnil Davis to an interim CFO role. While core operations seem to be performance in line despite tough Y/Y comps and the rise of Amazon DSP, the CFO change adds uncertainty to the story NT. We're adjusting our PT to $60 from $85 and maintain a Buy rating."
