UBS analyst Gavin Parsons raised the price target on GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE) to $374.00 (from $368.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "4Q results were solid overall with strong underlying fundamentals and guidance that appears conservative, leading us to raise our estimates and view the decline in shares as overdone. The stock down 7% reflects the high bar and demanding valuation, and while we have highlighted risk of an aftermarket deceleration leading to a de-rating we continue to see multi-year upside to consensus estimates driving the stock higher over the course of 2026. 18% CES Services orders growth was better than we expected, and the 1.22X book to bill in 2025 supports upside potential to the mid-teens growth guide, which itself is an upgrade from one quarter ago. The CES margin was 80bps above UBS/consensus, and while this is offset by higher corporate cost we believe the CES margin can expand again in 2026 and beyond. We raise our EBIT by 3% on average 2026- 2030E and now model $14.3bn in 2028, 13% upside to consensus and 60% growth from 2025. With the stock also cheaper today at 18.8X our 2028E EBITDA from 21.0X yesterday, we reiterate our Buy rating."
