Stifel analyst Tore Svanberg reiterated a Hold rating and $200.00 price target on Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN).
The analyst commented, "Expect in-line results with slight potential upside relative to our $4.40bn revenue estimate (-7.3% q/q) and $1.27 NG EPS, reflecting tariff/geopolitical uncertainty and near-term margin pressure offset by positive indicators of broadbased industry recovery. For Mar Q, we believe TXN could provide a revenue outlook with upward bias relative to both our $4.31bn estimate (-2% q/q) and street consensus of $4.42bn, alongside NG EPS of $1.20 (vs. consensus of $1.29).We maintain our Hold on TXN and maintain our 12-month Target Price of $200, representing 35.3x CY26E P/E. Our view balances secular tailwinds in Data Center ($1.2bn annual rate) and MCHP’s positive recovery signals against near-term gross margin pressure from tactical under-loading. While the analog market appears to be turning the corner, choppy 1H26 macro dynamics and tariff uncertainty lead us to remain conservative."
