BTIG analyst Andre Madrid raised the price target on FTAI Aviation (NASDAQ: FTAI) to $335.00 (from $230.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "FTAI announced a multi-year agreement with CFM International (a JV between GE Aerospace and Safran to provide component and repair support for CFM56 engines. Under the agreement, FTAI secures OEM replacement part supply, thrust performance upgrades, and component repair. While the company has not disclosed terms, duration, or economics, we view the agreement favorably as it validates FTAI's business model and alleviates concerns about potential friction with the OEM. We are raising our price target to $335 (vs. prior $230) on account of a higher Aerospace Products multiple driven by increasing MRE adoption. We have also updated our estimates ahead of 4Q25 earnings (report 2/25, call 2/26)."
