Oppenheimer analyst Suraj Kalia lowered the price target on Abbott Labs (NYSE: ABT) to $132.00 (from $140.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "Abbott reported 4Q25 revs. of $11.46B (organic +3.0% year/year), vs. our/cons. $11.77B/$11.80B ests. GAAP EPS of $1.01 vs. our/Street's $1.16E/$1.22E. Medical Devices revs. were $5.68B (organic +10.4%). VOLT-PFA approval received in Dec’25 (note), limited US market release underway. Dual-analyte sensor submitted to FDA, approval 1H26E. FY26 organic growth introduced at +6.5-7.5%, with adj. EPS $5.55-5.80. ABT guided to 1Q adj. EPS at $1.12-1.18, slightly softer than consensus' $1.20E. Making progress towards closing EXAS acquisition (note). Our constructive outlook assumes subsiding non-MedTech headwinds, easier comps in FY26, and top-line composite growth ticking up to low-DD, along with EBIT margins. Adjusting ests. for 4Q25 results, 1Q/FY26 guide. Introducing FY27 estimates, lowering PT to $132 from $140. Note: our EPS ests. are GAAP, hence do not jibe with Street numbers."
