UBS analyst Josh Silverstein initiates coverage on National Energy Services Reunited (NASDAQ: NESR) with a Buy rating and a price target of $25.00.
The analyst comments: "We initiate coverage of NESR at Buy with a $25 PT. NESR is a Middle East/North Africa (MENA) focused service provider, with key offerings including: hydraulic fracturing (market leader), cementing, tubing, filtration, completions, stimulation, and pumping. Our positive outlook is supported by stable growth across the region, recovering Saudi activity, and the recently awarded Jafurah contract. We see these driving 37%/29% 2026/27 top line growth, and 2027 EBITDA 24% above Street. Incremental upside comes from $3-4Bn outstanding MENA tenders, uncommitted Jafurah work, and the return of IOCs/E&Ps into MENA. We look for potential upcoming contract wins in 1H26 and the 2026 outlook with the 4Q25 Earnings Call to solidify the long-term outlook."
