Piper Sandler analyst Stephen Scouten raised the price target on Home Bancshares (NYSE: HOMB) to $35.00 (from $34.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "Increasing Estimates and PT After Impressive FY25 Results; Best in Class Results Remain the Norm, Maintain Overweight. HOMB delivered its 4Q25 results, which included 5 bps of NIM expansion and surprisingly strong 10.5% loan growth. While the pace of loan growth should normalize in '26, we are still starting the year with a larger b/s and a higher NIM - with the benefit of the MCBI acquisition set to come in 1H26. Credit quality remains steady and with ample capital and reserves, HOMB remains a highly-profitable and well-insulated bank that should be a staple of any bank investor's portfolio. Our new $35 PT remains ~13x our 2027E, now up to $2.70 (from $2.60) off the strength of the 2025 results and a higher NIM trajectory."
