UBS analyst Joshua Chan raised the price target on APi Group Corporation (NYSE: APG) to $49.00 (from $43.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "We expect limited surprises with the Q4 print and 2026 guidance, but expect the tone to be relatively upbeat. APG updated guidance in mid-December, noting expectation to have 2025 revenue/EBITDA above the midpoints of prior ranges. We also expect management to start 2026 revenue/EBITDA guidance ranges bracketing current consensus, assuming a +5-7% organic growth and +25-30% incremental EBITDA margin. While estimates may not change much coming out of earnings, we expect an upbeat tone, with project strength continuing to drive above-algorithm growth while incremental margin re-acceleration supports stronger margin expansion in 2026. APG stays squarely within compounding territory in 2026 (+M/HSD% organic growth, margin expansion, capital deployment), and we think shares can continue to work if incremental estimate upside emerges through the year."
