Jefferies analyst Matthew Taylor reiterated a Buy rating and $112.00 price target on DexCom (NASDAQ: DXCM).
The analyst comments "DXCM reported prelim 4Q25 sales of $1.26B +13% vs cons $1.24B, better than some feared. In '26, DXCM is guiding to an initial range of $5.16-$5.25B (+11-13%) vs. cons. $5.23B, consistent with prior comments. We think the stock could see some relief given investor concerns around 4Q Rx/margin trends that were unfounded and a bracket '26 guide. We think the '26 guide is conservative, leaving room for upside in stock we continue to view as undervalued; reit Buy."
