Stifel analyst Thomas M. Stephan raised the price target on Globus Medical (NYSE: GMED) to $90.00 (from $76.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst commented, "The near-term setup for shares appears solid, with a strong 4Q25 beat likely—and combined with in-line initial 2026 guidance, we believe this should be enough for the stock, as a +5% implied ex-Nevro top-line growth guide probably is viewed as relatively conservative when considering potential 2H25 growth of +7%. Furthermore, the ET bar is now low. • For now, we remain Hold-rated, partly on valuation—and also as we look for (a) ET improvement (particularly as the robotics competitive landscape continues to evolve [MDT’s AiBLE]) and (b) growth durability in core Musculoskeletal and Nevro."
