Stifel analyst Rick Wise raised the price target on Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE: EW) to $105.00 (from $100.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "We often hear from investors that EW looks expensive at its current 30x 2026E EPS valuation. Our positive EW outlook is not entirely driven by upside to the current trading multiple, but rather that we strongly feel that the company is well-positioned to deliver upside to current 2026 consensus projections. Our positive 2026 Edwards outlook starts with our takeaways from the company’s December 2025 investor day. To us, the TMTT division's innovation pipeline appears more credible than ever before and the TAVR business fundamentals are healthier than previous years. Following the investor meeting, we also heard multiple KOL physicians positively argue for strong TAVR and TMTT fundamentals...potentially driving growth acceleration as the year unfolds. 2026 is another catalyst-rich EW year, and the company is anticipating a broad array of FDA device approvals, clinical data read-outs, and potentially positive TAVR NCD related incremental growth changes. To us, all these factors suggest that current 2026 guidance appears a solid starting point with potential room for upside as 2026 plays out. TP to $105 from $100."
