MetLife (NYSE: MET) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5675 per share, or $2.27 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2026, to stockholders of record on February 3, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
