Lake Street Capital Markets analyst Jaeson Schmidt lowered the price target on Amaero (OTC: AMROF) to $0.50 (from $1.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "We think CY25 can best be categorized as a “setting the table” year, and we continue to expect a significant step-up this year and next. Beyond showing improvement throughout the year, we expect Amaero to continue to provide positive updates in both of its businesses. With the Company having begun trading in the U.S. on the OTCQX Best Market this past
September, we believe the name remains relatively unknown to U.S. investors. Given its position at the center of in-focus themes (reshoring, A&D investment, fortifying the national supply chain), we believe Amaero offers investors a compelling way to play these trends. Additionally, we think a U.S. uplisting would expand the potential institutional investor base and provide a catalyst for shares. We are reiterating our Buy rating but adjusting our price target to $0.50 to reflect our more conservative outlook. We think shares can work higher from current levels as investors better appreciate the long runway for growth and the positive broader A&D sector sentiment."
