UBS analyst Danielle Antalffy reiterated a Buy rating and $214.00 price target on Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ).
The analyst commented, "Intra-quarter management relayed deal expectations of total adjusted EPS dilution of $0.20 split equally between 2025 and 2026, prompting us to revise and lower our EPS guidance by $0.10 in 4Q25 and FY2026, bringing our estimates to $2.46 in 4Q25 and $11.50 in FY26 (vs. $2.56 and $11.60 prior), respectively. Outside of the deal items, we do not change our estimates and we reiterate our view that JNJ's underlying fundamentals remain strong and underpinned by both (1) continued strong sales growth of key innovative medicines products, and a steady cadence of positive catalysts through 2025 that we believe can successfully offset STELARA declines, and; (2) signs JNJ’s MedTech business is more resilient than appreciated with key recent acquisitions and the Ortho separation shifting JNJ's WAMGR to the right. Ultimately, with a plethora of new product launches anticipated across both segments and management's early confidence in 2026, we see estimate revision potential in 2026+ as likely."
