UDR, Inc. (UDR) Declares $0.43 Quarterly Dividend; 4.8% Yield

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, or $1.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 2, 2026, to stockholders of record on January 12, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of January 9, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.8 percent.

UDR also announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its Series E preferred stock for the fourth quarter of 2025 in the amount of $0.4656 per share. The preferred dividend is payable on February 2, 2026 to Series E preferred stock shareholders of record as of January 12, 2026.
