Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. (NYSE: GPMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2026, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8 percent.

The Company’s Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4375 per share of the 7.00% Series A Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the fourth quarter of 2025. This dividend is payable on January 15, 2026, to the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock at the close of business on December 30, 2025.
