UBS analyst Peter Grom reiterated a Buy rating and $65.00 price target on Celsius Holdings (NASDAQ: CELH).
The analyst commented, "Over the past two days we hosted a meeting/dinner with members of the Celsius management team, including: John Fieldly - Chairman and CEO, Jarrod Langhans - CFO, Eric Hansen - Chief Operating Officer, Toby David - Chief of Staff, and Paul Wiseman - VP of Investor Relations. We thought the tone of the meeting was constructive on the long term opportunity while recognizing that as the company undergoes two meaningful transitions (i.e. Alani Nu to Pepsi and the acquisition of Rockstar) there could be some near-term, yet transitory disruptions. As such, we think the debate on the stock is unlikely to shift meaningfully in the near-term, and we suspect the week to week volatility we have observed since the company reported 3Q results in early November is likely to continue. However, we think investors that are willing to look past the NT noise are likely to be rewarded as we believe there is a credible path to sustained market share gains in arguably the most attractive category in all of Staples and with shares trading at ~28x NTM EPS estimates, we think this is not being appropriately priced."
