Annaly Capital Management (NYSE: NLY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share, or $2.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2026, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.5 percent.
