UBS analyst Amit Mehrotra raised the price target on GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) to $835.00 (from $760.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "We attended GEV’s analyst meeting yesterday in New York. The company met high expectations with respect to its long-term guidance, but we still think there’s a high level of conservatism. For example, we estimate guidance implies incremental margins in the company’s Power business of just 34% between 2025-2028, when we think 50%+ is more likely. This would add $1 billion to earnings, by our estimate. We also see meaningful growth beyond this time horizon, led by $10 billion in incremental high-margin service revenue by mid next decade. The bottom line is we're meaningfully raising our forecasts for the foreseeable future. Our 2026-2030 EBITDA estimates increase by +3%, +11%, +27%, +28% and +31%, respectively. These are large revisions and reflective of the potential upside from pricing and execution that we've been highlighting in recent months. On the back of these revisions, we're raising our price target to $835 (from $760)."
