Braze (BRZE) Platform is Critical for Brands Today - Cantor Fitzgerald

Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Matthew VanVliet reiterated an Overweight rating and $38.00 price target on Braze Inc (NASDAQ: BRZE).

The analyst commented, "Braze delivered a 3Q26 beat and raise quarter powered by solid momentum in the core business, strong new bookings, and clear leadership in AI functionality across the customer engagement space. The company sent more than 100b messages for customers during Cyber Week, incl. >60b from Black Friday through Cyber Monday, all with 100% up-time. This was facilitated by the core functionality, newer AI capabilities, and a clear validation of the critical nature of the Braze platform for brands today that cannot be immediately replicated by building a basic AI agent, hence the improving trends. Braze AI Decisioning Agent is now live, and already driving enterprise-scale personalization across millions of messages, with expectations for meaningful growth over the next several years. To this end, mgmt. is currently expecting a revenue contribution of ~2% annual growth to FY26 from the product (Offerfit acquired tech and add'l development since). Braze is seeing traction from traditional marketing and customer engagement spending as well as AI budgets, which is opening a wider aperture for expansion and net-new deals that are less reliant on the shifting winds of enterprise IT spending. We remain bullish on the improving fundamentals of the business and reiterate our Overweight rating on BRZE shares with a $38 PT."
