JPMorgan analyst Daniel Politzer raised the price target on Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) to $145.00 (from $138.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
The analyst commented, "We attended a tour of the UAE and Wynn Al Marjan Island (WAMI), which is slated to open in 1Q27. Overall, we left with a more positive outlook on both the property and the UAE as an emerging gaming destination. In our view, the region shares similarities with Singapore, serving as a magnet for ultra-high-net-worth global citizens. Furthermore, we see potential upside to WYNN’s projections, driven by higher gross gaming revenue (GGR) due to limited competition, elevated visitation frequency, average daily turnover (ADT), and the addition of new/nearby 4/5-star room supply."
