Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) Declares $0.035 Quarterly Dividend; 2% Yield

Empire State Realty Trust (NYSE: ESRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.14 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2025, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

The Board of Directors has also declared a dividend of $0.15 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2025, payable to holders of ESRO’s Series 2014 Private Perpetual Preferred Units, and a dividend of $0.175 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2025, payable to holders of ESRO’s Series 2019 Private Perpetual Preferred Units.
