Guggenheim analyst Vamil Divan raised the price target on Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) to $227.00 (from $206.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "JNJ shares have continued their impressive 2H 2025 performance, with the stock up ~30% since July 1 (vs. the S&P up 10.5% and the DRG up 16.2% during that same time frame), leading investors to now ask us if we see more room for the shares to run. After reviewing our JNJ company model, we see multiple drivers of additional upside as we head into 2026 and beyond. We make a number of model updates in conjunction with this note that increase our DCF-derived price target on JNJ shares to $227 (from $206). The updates are driven by several factors, including continued strong performance from key growth drivers such as Carvykti, new data for products such as Rybrevant that warrant including probability-adjusted estimates in potential new indications, and more favorable erosion estimates for some of JNJ's legacy franchises based on our review of ongoing utilization and historical erosion patterns for similar products. We reiterate our BUY rating on JNJ shares and continue to view the company as a Top Pick within our large cap biopharma coverage universe."
