Stifel analyst Jonathan Block raised the price target on Cooper Companies (NASDAQ: COO) to $95.00 (from $85.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "From a fundamental perspective, Cooper delivered exactly what we were looking for. F4Q25 CVI results matched our estimate, FY26 market growth guidance was at the lower band of +MSD% (+4.5%), with CVI expected to grow +5.0% (midpoint), reflecting modest market share gains via a MiSight business contributing ~75-100 bps to y/y growth. In our view, that would have moved COO’s stock higher off depressed levels, but there are kickers. Management stressed the conservative nature of the guidance (bullet below), added TSR to Executive compensation for FY26 (color below), seems to be embracing activists' suggestions (upcoming change to Chairman of the Board), and will undergo a formal strategic review. A solid +MSD% top-line business with expanding operating margins and strategic optionality was the core tenet of our recent deep dive, and we expect shares to react favorably tomorrow. Reiterate Buy; TP increases to $95 with our FY26/FY27 EPS estimates moving higher."
