Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Yi Fu Lee reiterated an Overweight rating and $13.00 price target on Coursera Inc (NYSE: COUR).
The analyst commented, "We reiterate our Overweight rating and maintain our 12-month PT at $13 post our participation in Coursera CEO Virtual Fireside Chat session. Coming into this event, we did not expect there to be any major announcements, but rather to treat this discussion as an interim business update since we already attended Coursera Connect in September and listened to its 3Q25 earnings call last month. Three top takeaways we highlight from this session include the CFO search is underway (interim CFO in place), OpenAI/Anthropic partnership is progressing, and additional work is required to stabilize the Enterprise segment. We walked away from this Fireside Chat reiterating our view that "creating a skills-first future in the age of AI" is the right balance to navigate the EdTech sector, consistent with the message delivered at Coursera Connect & Product Strategy."
