Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Zhihan Ma reiterated a Market Perform rating and $362.00 price target on Home Depot (NYSE: HD).
The analyst commented: "Overall, we see upside if HD presents a credible path to a market recovery and compelling evidence on early successes in the Complex Pro strategy. Conversely, we expect muted or negative reaction if management remains uncertain about a market rebound and signals further investments without a clear path to margin recovery.
We rate HD Market-Perform and we rate LOW Outperform. Investors will focus on HD’s tone around housing macro and the Complex Pro strategy to gauge upside/downside."
