Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Lee Hambright reiterated an Outperform rating and $410.00 price target on Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD).
The analyst commented: "Strong moat, robust innovation pipeline, ample runway for growth; Insulet is a leading innovator with a strong moat on the winning form factor. Management has a solid plan to deepen penetration in US T1D, create and develop the US T2D market, and drive international expansion — all of which will help the company drive continued growth in a massive ~$30bn TAM. As Insulet gets closer to “closing the loop” for T2D over the next 3 years (which has long been the holy grail of pump innovation), we think that can be the biggest unlock for this category of users. We rate PODD Outperform with a price target of $410, and we see upside to this valuation driven by T2D execution and margin expansion. Today’s pullback was likely related to positioning and lack of a new form factor announcement, aided by a broader tech meltdown. We see plenty of upside potential from here.
