Piper Sandler analyst Hannah Rudoff reiterated an Overweight rating and $48.00 price target on Global-E Online Ltd (NASDAQ: GLBE).
The analyst commented: "Safely Navigating Macro/Trade Uncertainty; 35% YTD Sell-Off Overdone; The 4-9% intraday sell-off (on top of a 32% sell-off YTD before the print) appears overdone, in our view, for a cross-border platform of choice benefiting from an increasingly complex trade backdrop. Q3 revenue growth came in healthy at 25% y/y, global trading volumes have remained robust in both Q3 and Q4-to-date, and the company continues to serve customers with opportune services in this dynamic environment (e.g. 3B2C, Duty Drawback). Bottom-line: While trade uncertainty and consumer spending concerns loom, GLBE has proven that it is in pole position to help merchants navigate this environment. As a high quality franchise that exiting 2025, should surpass $950M in revenue on 26%+ y/y growth with 20%+ adjusted EBITDA margins with line of sight to durable 20%+ growth, the risk-reward on GLBE remains favorable at 24x CY26E EV/FCF (vs. 28x CY26E Rule of 40 peer median). PT to $48 on higher estimates. Maintain OW."
