Brown-Forman Corporation (BFa) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $0.2310
Brown-Forman Corporation (NYSE: BFa, BFb) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2310 per share, or $0.924 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2265.
The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2026, to stockholders of record on December 5, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of December 4, 2025.
Brown‑Forman’s President and Chief Executive Officer Lawson Whiting said, “This marks the 42nd consecutive year Brown-Forman has increased its dividend, a testament to the strength of our balance sheet, the confidence we have in our ability to generate strong cash flow, and to our commitment to returning cash to shareholders.”
