JPMorgan analyst Chris Schott raised the price target on Eli Lilly (NYSE: LLY) to $1,150.00 (from $1,050.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst commented, "We hosted meetings with LLY management (CEO, CFO, US commercial, oncology, neuroscience) last week which reinforced our positive view on the story. On the incretin portfolio, we increasingly see the recent agreement with the Trump Administration expanding government access to obesity medicines as a net positive with incremental volumes more than offsetting price cuts. And this coupled with ongoing US market share gains and a large/still underpenetrated intl obesity opportunity, should position LLY for significant growth in 2026+ (where our estimates remain well above consensus)."
