Rosenblatt analyst Barton Crockett lowered the price target on Nexxen (NASDAQ: NEXN) to $15.00 (from $16.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Nexxen had a 4Q25 guidance implosion, tied to disruption from a DSP relationship. We assume the DSP is the Trade Desk, and that Nexxen had an issue comparable to PubMatic but only for the half of its business that is SSP-only, not the other half that is integrated DSP/SSP. The company sees other areas of strength picking up a lot of the slack next year. Our take for now is that this is reasonable, muting fallout on our estimates and price target, which goes down $1 to $15, on a 5% trim to 2026E Adj. EBITDA, and an assumed 8x multiple, supported by a low double-digit EBITDA CAGR."
