Keefe, Bruyette & Woods analyst Meyer Shields raised the price target on Allstate (NYSE: ALL) to $250.00 (from $246.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "We maintain our Outperform rating on ALL’s shares and raise our target price to $250 (10.6x our 2026E EPS) from $246 following its 3Q25 earnings report and conference call. We raise our 2025E/2026E/2027E operating EPS to $28.45/$23.65/$24.15 from $25.53/$22.40/$23.85, including the 3Q25 outperformance to our estimates and assuming lower core loss ratios, bigger reserve releases, and faster NII growth, partly offset by slower premium growth and lower Service segment income. We believe ALL’s stronger-than-expected YTD core loss ratios and recently approved NJ and NY personal auto rate increases will boost personal auto PIF growth, which should drive both earnings growth and multiple expansion."
