Stifel analyst Brian Brophy raised the price target on Martin Marietta Materials (NYSE: MLM) to $681.00 (from $637.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst commented, "3Q25 revenue from continued operations increased 12% y/y driven by strong aggregates performance. Aggregates revenues increased 17% y/y (well ahead of consensus of +10% y/y). Volume increased 8% y/y (favorable weather combined with solid demand) and pricing increased 8%. 2025 guidance was raised for aggregates revenue (MLM now expecting aggregates volumes to increase +4% for 2025) and adjusted EBITDA. MLM also gave preliminary 2026 guidance including +LSD volume growth, +MSD pricing gains, and implied a price/cost spread in the ~250 bps range. We remain positive on MLM's aggregate-led model, outsized public infrastructure exposure which is seeing relative strength, and the outlook for further aggregate price/cost tailwinds in 2026. We are maintaining our Buy rating."
