Stifel analyst Jim Duffy lowered the price target on Fox Factory Holding (NASDAQ: FOXF) to $25.00 (from $33.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Disappointing revenue and profit performance in 3Q25 reflects softer-than-anticipated trends in SSG, the highest-margin segment of the business and the turnaround is likely to take a year longer than we had anticipated. The reduced outlook further reflects supply issues caused by a fire at a major aluminum supplier for automotive OEM partners, which is expected to weigh on volumes in 4Q25 and 1Q26. Looking to FY26, the Company is prioritizing profitability and realigning free cash flow over growth. We make sharp reductions to our forward estimates to reflect the influence of slower revenue recapture, resulting deleverage, and negative mix shift to profitability. While we temper our time frame for the cyclical recovery, we assign a 12.4x P/E multiple on $2/share in FY27E adj. EPS leading to a 12-month target price of $25, supporting our Buy rating."
