Stoneridge (SRI) Misses Q3 EPS by 34c, provides guidance

Stoneridge (NYSE: SRI) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.34), $0.34 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $210.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $205.52 million.

GUIDANCE:

Stoneridge sees FY2025 revenue of $860-870 million, versus the consensus of $860.7 million.
The Company is updating its adjusted gross margin guidance to 21.0% to 21.50%, adjusted operating margin guidance to 0.25% to 0.50%, and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $30 million to $32 million, or approximately 3.5% to 3.7% of sales. The Company is also updating its full-year 2025 adjusted free cash flow guidance to $20 million to $25 million.
