DA Davidson analyst Thomas Diffely lowered the price target on Ichor Holdings (NASDAQ: ICHR) to $30.00 (from $35.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "ICHR is trading off meaningfully in the aftermarket on weak 4Q guidance, the result of 3Q pull-ins from its two largest customers (AMAT and LRCX), projected softness at the 3rd and 4th largest customers (ASML and ASMI), and push-outs across its highest margin segment (IMG). While consensus estimates will be trimmed, we would take advantage of this stock weakness as this earnings report likely reflects the peak of bad news. Management expects 4Q to be the revenue trough, rising activity indicates the return of higher margin IMG in 1Q, and H/H growth in the core semi business in 2H'26."
