KeyBanc analyst Tim Rezvan reiterated a Sector Weight rating on Black Stone Minerals (NYSE: BSM).
The analyst commented: "Strong 3Q Results Show the Haynesville Inflection May Be Upon Us; We expect BSM units to react well to a 3Q beat on production and EBITDA. Black Stone production (36.3 mboe/ d) was the highest it's been in a year, and the Partnership has line of sight on organic growth into 2026 from the Aethon and Revenant development agreements. The transition back to growth in the Haynesville has proven slow amid volatile natural gas prices, but the turn appears here. Meaningful growth in LNG export demand is incentivizing activity into the $3.50-$4/mcf natural gas world we see in 2026+, which should provide a path back to 40 mboe/d of production for Black Stone."
