BofA Securities analyst Michael Funk raised the price target on Twilio (NYSE: TWLO) to $110.00 (from $100.00) while maintaining a Underperform rating.
The analyst comments "CPaaS vendor Twilio (TWLO) reported good 3Q25 results, with reported revenue, adj. gross profit, non-GAAP operating income, and free cash flow above BofA/Street estimates. FY25 guidance was raised across the board, signaling management confidence in its ability to execute. Key metric adj. gross profit grew 8.7% y/y, slower than the 13% organic revenue growth rate, as it was affected by adj. gross margins declining 60 basis points q/q to 50.1%. This can be explained with the pass-through carrier A2P fees, but bears could pick on the ongoing instability. We are more constructive on its execution potential. However, we are waiting for more data points that it is a long-term share gainer in the agentic future with its messaging plus voice plus customer data value proposition. Reiterate Underperform. We raise estimates, and PO to $110 (from $100) for a higher forecast and multiple based on our increasing execution confidence."
