BTIG analyst Ryan Zimmerman raised the price target on Stryker (NYSE: SYK) to $410.00 (from $408.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst commented: "We maintain our Buy and bump up our PT to $410 (from $408) following 3Q25 results. SYK delivered solid diversified results in 3Q25 with rev. of $6.057B (10.3% Y/Y, 9.6% xFx, 9.5% organic), above/in-line with BTIG/Street ests. by 3.7%/0.2% as Orthopedics offset some softer spots in MedSurg & Neurotechnology. Adj. EPS of $3.19 was above BTIG/Street ests. by 2.1%/1.8% despite GMs and OMs missing the Street by ~10bps and ~20bps, respectively. FY25 guidance was raised and now calls for 9.8%-10.2% (9.5%-10.0% previously) organic growth with adj. EPS in the range of $13.50-$13.60 ($13.40 - $13.60 previously). Mgmt. punted on several questions about LT growth, margin trajectory, and new product introductions given the upcoming biennial Analyst Day on Nov. 13th. While there were a few soft spots (Endoscopy & Medical) within the business segments, we still view results favorably given the strength in Orthopedics vs. peers. SYK's premium valuation always raises questions into earnings whether their beats will be sufficient to meet a higher bar, but over the longer-term their durability and diversity remain unmatched."
