KeyBanc analyst Scott Schoenhaus reiterated a Sector Weight rating on Simulations Plus (NASDAQ: SLP).
The analyst commented: "Early Signs of Stability + Potential Recovery; 2026 Guidance Embedding Some Caution in 1H w/ Potential 2H Re-Acceleration; We hosted several meetings with CEO Shawn O'Connor as part of a non-deal roadshow earlier today. Our main takeaways from the event were: 1) software revenues should provide more stability into FY26 with more infrastructure spending from clients in combination with new product releases (like GPX) providing 2H-weighted growth; 2) the services business is still seeing some caution from a customer perspective with muted expectations for recovery; and 3) biotech end markets could provide further tailwinds to service revenue streams (we estimate ~25% exposure to biotech end markets for SLP)."
