Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Olivia Brayer assumes coverage on Insmed (NASDAQ: INSM) with a Overweight rating and a price target of $192.00.
The analyst comments "Let’s be clear: this isn’t a cheap stock. After a sharp re-rating over the past several months, Insmed has become something of a consensus long - a name investors already like, and for good reason. The brensocatib launch is finally here, TPIP is viewed as the next major value driver, and management has built real credibility. But even with INSM getting more crowded on the long side, it doesn’t mean this stock can’t continue to work. We’d push back on the idea that “everything’s priced in”. In fact, we think we’re still in the early innings of a much broader story – as Insmed transitions from a single-product biotech into a commercially diversified, respiratory-focused growth platform with scale and durability. What makes the setup compelling is a combination of things: it’s the near-term brenso launch (a best-in-class first mover in a large, untreated market), it’s the pipeline depth that can sustain momentum beyond 2025 (with some important near-term updates), and it’s the clear execution visibility from a team that’s done it before."
