Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Douglas S. Harned reiterated an Outperform rating and $374.00 price target on GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE).
The analyst commented: "Commercial aftermarket strengthens and extends; Our case for GE Aerospace has been about a long, extended aftermarket that will deliver high margins through the decade. That margin opportunity has improved as LEAP aftermarket profitability improves (see our October 14th report, “GE Aerospace: Lead engine position strengthens - Target to $374; Views from Albany Research Center, plus model update”). GE’s Q3 earnings more than reaffirmed this outlook, as it added $1bn to CES services revenue guidance, while also strengthening LEAP deliveries and beating consensus in defense. We raise our 2025 adj. EPS to $6.28 (from $5.97) and revenues to $41.8bn (from $40.5bn)."
