BofA Securities analyst Derik de Bruin raised the price target on West Pharmaceutical (NYSE: WST) to $370.00 (from $310.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Looking ahead to 2026, the key takeaway was mgmt not pushing back on ~6% topline growth (we believe there could be further upside to that). Mgmt also addressed concerns around the CGM wind-down in 2H26 (-$40mn impact, yoy no change), noting that while replacement revenue may not be fully 1:1, they are actively backfilling with higher opportunities. Additionally, the Dublin facility to expected to continue ~$20mn, helping to offset the CGM impact. The topline should also translate into robust margins (WST would only confirm some margin expansion, but we believe this could be >100bps yoy)."
