Goldman Sachs analyst Adam Hotchkiss reiterated a Buy rating and $305.00 price target on Guidewire (NYSE: GWRE).
The analyst comments "Guidewire is scheduled to host an Analyst Day on 10/29 during the company's annual Connections conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Coming out of a record FY25 across cloud metrics and ahead of schedule margin improvement, we expect management will showcase Guidewire's expansion opportunity within existing insurance customers (i.e., adoption of the full InsuranceSuite) and provide incremental details on the next leg of growth (i.e. data, AI, underwriting, pricing) that gives investors confidence in the sustainability of mid-to-high teens ARR growth. We view the Analyst Day as an opportunity for Guidewire to give investors more confidence in the sustainability of mid-to-high teens % ARR growth through at least FY28 and path to $6 in FCF/Share near-term; execution on which we view as critical to multiple expansion and share outperformance from here. We remain Buy-rated on GWRE with a 12-month price target of $305."
