Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Colin Canfield reiterated an Overweight rating and $675.00 price target on CACI International (NYSE: CACI).

The analyst commented, "We are updating our estimates and raising our 12-month PT to $675 (from $535) ahead of OW-rated CACI F1Q26 earnings. While shares have outperformed the S&P YTD (+32% vs. S&P +14%), we think CACI can continue to march higher as investors crowd pure-play Defense/Intel exposure (~90% of CACI revenue) into a historically unique combination of accelerating US defense budget growth and decelerating US macroeconomics growth. We also think CACI can increasingly earn sentiment credit for its hardware portfolio (~10-15% of sales, including captive services), although we caveat that Defense Tech multiples (~50-100x EV/EBITDA) are more a function of pure-play hardware exposure, enabling significant beats and raises in 2026, while CACI is relatively more sensitive to when O&M outlays pick up more significantly (2027-2028). Taking a moment to reflect on the macro vs. valuation argument, we note CACI is trading at a 20% discount to the S&P vs. FY1 EV/EBITDA, when it previously traded at a ~30% premium in 2002 and a 45% premium in 2008. Obviously, we are not calling for as significant an acceleration of national security sentiment as 2001-2002, or as significant a financial downturn as 2007-2008, but we think those comps are keenly relevant for investors as they consider the type of upside CACI may capture (roughly ~50-75% upside is simple arithmetic from current discount to CACI’s previous premia). In terms of the quarter, we think slowness in government budget approval may pressure growth and margins, although we think CACI messaging conservatism and management credibility means any disruptions will be well-understood as a simple timing exercise. Our sales, earnings and cash flow estimates rise as we flow through better growth, margin and cash tax benefit assumptions. We also increase our PT to $675 (from $535) as we roll forward our estimates from FY26 to FY27, but we maintain our target multiples of 15x EV/EBITDA and 6% FCF yield."
