Northern Trust (NTRS) Declares $0.80 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

Northern Trust (NASDAQ: NTRS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share, or $3.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 1, 2026, to stockholders of record on December 5, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of December 4, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.

Northern Trust Corporation also declared a cash dividend of $293.75 per share of its Series E non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock (resulting in a distribution of $0.29375 per depository share), payable on January 1, 2026, to holders of record at 5:00 p.m., Chicago time, on December 15, 2025.
